Steve Gatley

Mr. Gatley is a British citizen and a qualified mining engineer with over 30 years’ experience in the base metals mining industry. He has worked at Boddington and Newmont Gold Mine since 1980 in a range of roles including geological, Director miner and underground manager.
Phd - Dr. Neil O'Brien
Vice President
Dr. O’Brien graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand with a BSc Eng (Mining Geology) and was awarded a PhD in Geology for research into Archaean gold and antimony deposits (Witwatersrand University). He is a member of the South African Institute for Mining and Metallurgy and a member of the Witwatersrand University Mining Engineers Association.
Carol Bronth

Mrs. Bronth earned her bachelor’s degree in finance at the University of Minnesota, an MBA in strategic planning from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
Derek Riehm

Mr. Riehm holds an Honours Bachelor of Science and Masters of Business Administration, both from Laurentian University. He also retains the designation of Professional Geoscientist, Canadian, currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada
