Mr.Oliveira holds a B.A.Sc in Mining and Mineral Process Engineering from the University Federal de São Paulo and an Master degree in Process Engineering from the University of Católica de São Paulo.
Mr.Oliveira is Graduated Degree in Bachelor of engineering and a Degree in Metallurgical from the Australian National University
Gilberto De Souza
Regional Manager Operation
Mr. De Souza joined Boddington in 2014, with over 15 years of Mining experience in the mining industry, having worked extensively in the Americas and Europe. He Was Manager Project Exploration for Barrick South American to Pascua Lama Project.
Mr. De Souza has a Mining Engineer degree from the University Estadual Paulista, and graduate degree in geology, from the University Federal de Minas Gerais.
Mr. De Souza had holds a Bachelors degree with honours in Mining Engineer from the University of British Columbia and a infrastructure Engineer graduate degree from the University of Brighton.
Pablo Tromilen
Regional Manager Human Resources
Mr. Tromilen joined Boddington in 2018, with over 15 years of HR Manager experience. Between 2011 and 2018 Mr. Tromilen worked HR Manager in Atacama Copper mine Thompson in Chile our holding and HR Controller The Pascua Lama Project mine Barrick Chile Argentina.
Mr.Tromilen is a Business Engineer with over 15 years of experience in HR the base metals mining industry and the renewable energies.
Mr. Tromilen was graduated of Business Engineer at the University of Chile, an Master degree of Administration Human Resources and Master degree with honours of Business Administration, both from University of Santiago Chile.

Regional Manager Environment and Sustainability
Mrs. Dos Santos, joined Boddington in 2016, with over 15 years of experience in managerial and operational roles in the mining industry in Brazil, Chile and Peru.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Environment from Universidad e Estadual de Campinas.
Mrs. Dos Santos holds a MBA in strategic planning Environment and Sustainability from the Columbia University(US) and completed the Advanced Management Program a Master Environment management degree from the Metropolitan University UK.
João Da silva
Regional Manager Financial
Mr. Da Silva joined Boddington in 2017, with over 18 years of financial experience. Between 2003 and 2013 Mr. Da Silva worked in Yanacocha Newmont in Peru, in Atacama Copper mine Thompson in Chile, and finally in The Pierina mine Barrick.
He graduated from Brasília University and is a chartered accountant with a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from Brazilian Institute of Capital Markets.
Mr. Da Silva had holds a Master of Business Administration and strategic degree from the University of Brasília University, a Master of Business Administration of University of São Paulo and a BSc Economics graduate from the Columbia University.
Amaral Nogueira
Regional Manager, Business and Legal
Mrs. Nogueira, joined Boddington in 2015, with over 15 years and is currently responsible for the Company’s corporate Legal affairs. She was a Senior Associate at Deloitte Touche.
Mrs. Nogueira, holds an MBA from Pontificia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, a post-graduate degree in Economics and Business Law from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais. She had holds a Bachelors degree with honours in in Economic Development and International from the University of British Columbia a Master of Business Law from the Brazilian University .
Mrs. Nogueira, graduated in MSc in Economic Development and International Trade from the University of Brighton in the UK.
